1. Order Processing Times

We are a small team and appreciate your patience!

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Processing times may be longer during product launches, restocks, promotions, or holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery windows (after processing):

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–8 business days
  • Expedited shipping: available at checkout if offered

Please keep in mind:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays beyond our control.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Sober Party Girl is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Additional shipping fees for re-delivery
  • Lost packages resulting from address errors

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at help@soberpartygirl.com, and we will try our best — but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

Sober Party Girl is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

We encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are always happy to provide any details needed to support your claim.


7. Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes pre-order items, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available.
